Lily's 11 Year Party & Fretboard Brewing Dinner!

It's been 11 wild and exciting years and we are ready to party with you! Read on for details and scroll for the special 5-course menu!

Join us Thursday, June 13 for a very special 5-course beer dinner with our pals from Fretboard Brewing. We'll have 2 seatings, one at 530pm, one at 8pm, and the 8pm seating will include live music from some very special pals TBA!

Both seatings will have menus for omnivores or a veggie-friendly menu! Please select your time and your menu preference when booking at exploretock.com/lilys

Our Executive Chef Don Warfe from Warfe Guitars has also built an INSANE, ORANGE SPARKLE-FINISH CUSTOM GUITAR for this event that will be up for raffle! Raffle tickets are $10 per each; each event guest will receive one ticket in the raffle and can purchase more in advance or at the event. Advance raffle tickets can also be purchased at exploretock.com/lilys for folks unable to attend

Lily's 11th Anniversary Beer Dinner with

Fretboard Brewing:

Amuse: 
Jicama Chip // Topped with Spanish chorizo, seared bay scallop, watermelon radish, avocado, and chipotle crema
Vegetarian: Sub housemade mock chorizo
Pairing: Fretboard Brewing Peso in My Hand Mexican Lager

Second Course:
Watermelon Salad // With crumbled feta, cucumber, fresh mint, basil, Greek honey, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, fresh ground pepper
Pairing: Fretboard Brewing Vlad Pilsner

Third Course:
Super Chicken Jalapeno Poppers // Breaded and fried local, free-range chicken roulade around bacon-wrapped cream cheese stuffed jalapeno, served with raspberry chili sauce.
Vegetarian: Same setup as above without the chicken and bacon
Pairing: Fretboard Brewing Amber Lager

Fourth Course
Carne Asada // Grilled skirt steak street tacos in cast iron skillet with house made tortillas. Served with arroz con gandules, seasoned black beans, chihuahua cheese, and cilantro lime crema
Vegetarian: Same setup as above, but substitute elote corn for carne asada
Pairing: Fretboard Brewing Bootsy Brut IPA

Dessert Course:
Sweet Biscuit and Chantilly Cream Strawberry Shortcake // We’re finishing this special occasion with a rolled up sleeved version of traditional strawberry shortcake. Sweet biscuits, Chantilly cream, ripened strawberries, and a strawberry sauce made with Fretboard’s Reba
Pairing: Fretboard Brewing Reba Strawberry Blonde Ale

Tickets are $75 and include 5-courses (please select your time and we will message you to confirm omnivore or vegetarian menus), 5 Fretboard beer pairings, tax, tip, and live local music at the 8pm seating!
