New Year's Eve 5-Course at Lily's Friday, 12/31

Join us on Friday, December 31 to celebrate the end of 2021 and start of 2022! Our Executive Chef Don Warfe is also an artist and musician and our theme this year is based on 60s Psychedelic culture, so expect lots of color on the plates, a great play list, and please dress up if you like!

Lily’s Psychedelic 60’s NYE
1st course: amuse
Smørrebrød: Dense rye bread with lemon garlic dill butter, topped with
smoked herring, pickled red onions, cucumbers, capers, red clover sprouts,
and shaved hard-boiled egg. (sub cucumbers for GF, asparagus for vegetarian)
2nd course: salad
Chioggia beets and butternut squash salad with zucchini and
squash ribbons, green onion curls, and citrus dijon cream dressing (GF)
3rd course: hot appetizer
Pan Seared Scallop over rainbow chard hash with multicolor fingerling
potatoes, borscht sauce, pea shoots, diced apple, and crème fraîche (GF)
(vegetarian sub heirloom carrot)
4th course: main
Cabernet Bone-in Braised Beef Short Rib with multicolor polenta, heirloom
carrots, portabella mushroom-red wine sauce, garnished with fresh herbs (GF)
or
Spinach and Ricotta Gnudi with heirloom grape tomatoes, pomegranate
seeds, green goddess bechamel, toasted hazelnuts, and Italian cheese tuille
5th: dessert

Lemon citrus cake with saffron honey mousse and blood orange coulis

-Chocolates pots de creme with maldon sea salt (GF option)

The cost per person is $69 each

for the 5-course meal, and there will be vegetarian and GF options for each course. This *will be the only menu being served.* (All items available a la carte, but the meal is designed to be best enjoyed as a prix fixe). Cancellation deposits will be refunded with 48 hrs notice.

Our Bar will also be getting into the theme with the following Rainbow array of signature cocktails!

RED: Hibiscus Mai Tai: Goslings dark rum, Cruzan white rum, orange liqueur, orgeat*, fresh lime, hibiscus syrup, 'tiki garnish' $12 *contains nuts

ORANGE: Kentucky Coast: Old Grand Dad bonded bourbon, fresh lemon, passion fruit juice, elemakule tiki bitters, Fever Tree ginger beer, mint $9.5

YELLOW: Agave Smoke Lodge: Mi Campo silver tequila, Wahaka mezcal, hellfire bitters, fresh lime, mango juice, jalapeno, pomegranate-rose water grenadine, orange $9.5

GREEN: Nashville Patton: Citadelle gin, melon liqueur, fresh lime, pineapple, cucumber juice $10

BLUE: Blue Hawaii: Tito's vodka, Cruzan white rum, blue curacao, Midori, pineapple, fresh lemon juice $9

PURPLE: Nightfall: Vodka, prosecco, cranberry juice, creme de violette liqueur $9.5

New Year's Day Saturday, Jan 1

We will be open for both brunch service on New Year's Day from 10am-2pm and New Year's Day dinner service beginning at 4:30pm.

As we are closing out the year, we also want to take a moment to say THANK YOU so, so much for your support over all the years, but especially the past year. We weren't sure if we would make it through 2021, but we (almost) have, and we hope we get to see you this week to thank you in person.
